Businesses come to NextScreen Labs when they need to know that they are stepping out into the marketplace with something that will work.

When a client engages us, we sit down, listen to the business model as it is currently envisioned, and then hold a series of strategy sessions. That’s where we get a closer look at and work on validating two things:

• Is the business model compelling? In other words, is there a unique story?
• Is it viable? The numbers and the model need to make sense.

We sit down with our clients and define what the business is. And then we go beyond that, looking for any secondary business ideas that work with the primary model and may be worth consideration.

In many ways, it’s like a more streamlined version of what a big name consulting firm would do, but faster, leaner and speaking always to viability and relevancy.

Though we’re smaller than a big name consulting firm, we boast the brainpower, framework and tools that can help any small company move the ball forward in the process from modeling to building/testing to going to market.

At any point in that process, we can step in. We can either do one-off services or a suite of services tailored to a client’s specific needs.

Further, we have resources from our sister company, NextScreen Consulting (such as search engine marketing) that we can bring to bear on a project as required.
