Managed Services
We have a complete hosting infrastructure built out at Rackspace, meaning that we are flexible enough to manage websites, reporting infrastructure, streaming, standard web operations, monitoring, and other associated components
But because our job is to help businesses succeed, we support the services deemed to be mission critical.
A startup can snap right into our infrastructure, speeding ramp up, and yes, an existing business gets a level of service by using us that they didn’t have or couldn’t afford before.
In short, we want our clients to succeed. And because we don’t want to fail (and don’t want our clients to suffer) by taking on projects that we know are not aligned with our capabilities or the business model we make
In that sense, we differ from a lot of agencies. We also differ from agencies in our team-based structure, which retains institutional knowledge for our clients. Our developers do not disband after the conclusion of a project, as they do in an agency. This benefits our clients in that they have a consistent point of contact—someone who knows the specifics of what we’ve done and what the business needs. In a way, it’s like getting a full-time developer without having to pay full price for one.
We have the skills, resources and agility to manage technology for our clients, and we strive to always use these abilities to serve what’s mission critical and what is absolutely relevant to the overall, validated strategy and design.
